This notice explains what happens to information you submit through this website's contact form. It does not cover any separate HARVIST farmer registration, hub or operational systems, which have their own consent processes.

When you use the Contact form, we collect only your name, email address, enquiry category and message. We do not request or store any information beyond what you choose to include in your message.

How we use it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to route it to the appropriate part of the HARVIST team.

Retention

We keep enquiry records only for as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable record of correspondence.

Farmer and operational data

Any farmer or operational data collected through future HARVIST services will be handled under the project's approved privacy and data arrangements. Those services will provide their own purpose-specific information and consent process before data is collected; the marketplace shown on this website is a concept and is not live.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by using the Contact form and selecting “Feedback / safeguarding”.
